What is The Paper Store Return Policy? |

RETURN POLICY:
Most items purchased at The Paper Store may be returned for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Merchandise must be returned in the manufacturer's salable, like-new condition with the original packaging materials (including the barcode/UPC label), accessories, instructions and the original sales receipt; otherwise, your product may not be eligible for return or exchange. Your name, address and phone number, valid government identification and the Store Manager's approval are required for all refunds and exchanges.
SALE & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE is final sale. Returns are not accepted.
HOLIDAY DÉCOR ITEMS are not eligible for return after the Holiday.
HALLMARK® KEEPSAKE ORNAMENTS are final sale. Returns are not accepted.
PERSONALIZED & CUSTOMIZED MERCHANDISE is final sale. Returns are not accepted.
GIFT CARD PURCHASES are non-refundable and non-returnable.
RETURNS MADE WITH A RECEIPT: We are happy to make a refund on eligible The Paper Store merchandise within 30 days.
REFUND METHOD: Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. EXCEPTIONS: Refunds on purchases paid for by cash will be refunded in cash unless stores funds are not available. Refunds on purchases paid for by check will be refunded in cash if the return is 7 days after purchase; otherwise, it will be refunded as a merchandise credit. Returns made with gift receipt will be refunded as a merchandise card.
RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS WITH THE RECEIPT:
We are happy to issue a merchandise credit on The Paper Store merchandise returned after 30 days.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR RECEIPT
A return without a receipt is eligible only for a merchandise credit for the current selling price, requires valid government identification and the Store Manager's approval.
WE CAREFULLY MONITOR RETURNS and in some cases returns made with or without a receipt may be refused. The Paper Store reserves the right to deny any return.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: We are happy to issue a merchandise credit on damaged merchandise with the original receipt and with the Store Manager's approval. We are unable to accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer.

All purchases except food and clothing will have a 6.25% sales tax added. Food and clothing items are tax-free.

Yes, The Paper Store does offer gift cards. You may purchase a gift card in any amount that you choose. The Paper Store gift card may be used and redeemed at any of The Paper Store locations.

The Paper Store excludes the following brands and items from all coupon offers and promotions: Chamilia™*, Hallmark Keepsake® Ornaments*, Vera Bradley*, Trollbeads*, William Arthur*, Products of the month, Sale and clearance items, Stamps, Faxes, Copies, Magazines and Gift cards. Coupon offers may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. Coupon offers are not valid on past purchases. Coupon offers may not be redeemed for cash. Coupons have no cash value. Coupons are not redeemable after the expiration date. (*excluded due to licensing agreements)

How do I remove my name from The Paper Store mailing list? |
To have your name removed from our mailing list, simply contact adv@thepaperstore.com. Please provide your full name, mailing address,
e-mail address, and phone number. It may take up to one week to process your request, we appreciate your patience. PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes companies such as Vera Bradley, Yankee Candle, and others will have visitors to their websites select a favorite retail store when you register for their email clubs and newsletters. If you have on-line selected any of The Paper Store locations as your favorite store it is possible that you may continue to get a direct mail piece with The Paper Store name on it. As an official retailer for many brands and companies we participate in direct mail pieces that the Brand and/or company make available to us. It may be necessary for you to change your favorite store selections at these various websites to completely stop direct mail with The Paper Store name on it. The Paper Store also participates in many of the Hallmark Gold Crown mailings. If you have a Hallmark Gold Crown Card, you will continue to receive mailings from Hallmark which list The Paper Store as the sender. Hallmark determines the retailer name(s) for these mailings based upon the Gold Crown member's purchase locations. | We are unable to get a replacement Hallmark Gold Crown Card for you at The Paper Store. In order to get a replacement card you can either: 1. Visit www.hallmark.com. Click on My Account; Click on Request a New Card. Or 2. Call 1-800-HALLMARK and follow the prompts. You will need to know your Hallmark Gold Crown Number to request a replacement card. You should be able to find your account number on any recent mailing that you received from Hallmark. |
