Buy Online Pick Up in Store

What is a pick up order at The Paper Store? 

Customers have the ability to place orders online and pick up that order at a store location within 1 hour of placing the order. Customers can also place orders in stores for items they want to purchase in another store if the store they are currently in does not have the item they are looking for. 

What products are available to buy online and pick up in store? 

Items available for in-store pick up will be marked with a button to select “Pick Up In Store Free.” You will need to put in your zip code to see the store with inventory in your area. Some promotional items such as “Daily Deals” and timed offers are ineligible for Buy Online Pick Up In Store.

When will my order be ready for pick up? 

A pick up order is available the same day for pick up as long as the order was placed between 9AM and 8PM that day. Your order will be ready for pick up within 2 hours of placing your order. Please wait to receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pick up before traveling to the pick up store. 

Will I receive notifications regarding the status of my order? 

You will receive an email when you place the order, and another when the order is ready for pickup. Please do not go to pick up your order until you receive the email that states it is ready. 

Where do I go to pick up my order? 

Please look for the register that is designated for pick up orders. You will not need to wait in line and if you want to buy items while you are in the store, we can easily add those on to your transaction and accept payment at the same time you are picking up your order. 

What do I need to pick up my order? 

The individual picking up the order must have a copy of the receipt, or the email confirmation that was sent to the customer letting them know their order is ready. No orders can be picked up without this documentation. 

What happens if I don’t pick up my order? 

Online pick up orders are held for 3 days. If you do not pick up your online order within the 3 days, the order will be put back and no charges will be applied to the card, and the hold will fall off. For in store pick up orders, these have been paid for, therefore we will hold the order until it is picked up.
