Uncharted Rewards and Paper Store Perks Terms & Conditions

The Paper Store Perks program or Uncharted Rewards program (hereby referred to as the "Program" or “Rewards Program”) are conducted by TPS Group Holdings, LLC. These Program terms are entered into between you and TPS Group Holdings LLC (“we” or “us”) and are incorporated by reference into, and are part of, the TPS Group Holdings Terms of Use. We reserve the right to alter, limit or modify program rules, regulations, rewards or to terminate the Program or membership in the program at any time, at our discretion.

Membership

Membership in the Program is free. No purchase is necessary. Program rewards are nontransferable. Only one named member is allowed per account. Limit one per person. Multiple memberships tied to a single user will result in the termination of membership and will void rewards.

Enrollment & Eligibility

 

You must be age 16 years or older and a resident of the United States to be eligible for membership. Membership in the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Persons under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. By enrolling in the Program, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
To join the Program, you will need to create an account with us and opt-in to the Program and agree to receive marketing materials from us. You may enroll in the Program in one of four ways.
1. In-store - You may enroll in the Program by supplying contact information (First Name, Last Name, mobile number, email address) to an Associate at any store locations of The Paper Store, Gifts & More at The Paper Store, or Uncharted.
2. Online - You may enroll in the Program online HERE. You will need to provide your First Name, Last Name, mobile number, email address and create a password.

 

Membership Cancellation
To no longer receive Rewards from the program or emails from TPS Group Holdings family of brands, you can click the unsubscribe link in any of our marketing emails, email our Customer Service Dept at [email protected] with your unsubscribe request, or call our Customer Service Department at 844-480-7100 Monday to Friday from 9AM-5PM EST asking to be unsubscribed from our emails.
If a member’s account has had no purchase activity for a period of time (such period of time to be determined in our sole discretion), we reserve the right to cancel the Member’s Program account. At such time of cancellation, any accumulated rewards or offers will expire. If a Member’s Account is terminated for inactivity, the member may re-enroll in the Program, but previously earned rewards will not be credited and the member will start with zero rewards.

 

Rewards
We offer differing Rewards Programs for our different brands, and the Rewards that you get will depend on the brand Rewards Program in which you enroll.

Uncharted Rewards™ Program

$5 Reward to Shop: On the first of every month a $5 gift to shop is issued to members. No exclusions apply to this offer as it is a reward for membership in the program. This offer is one-time use as a discount from your purchase and may only be used by the customer whose reward account email is tied to the offer. Purchases less than $5 will not receive difference. No cash value, credit or change will be given on the $5 offer. Minimum $5 spend for online or Buy Online Pick Up In Store purchases Employees are not eligible for the monthly $5 reward. Terms are subject to change.

Birthday and Half Birthday coupons are valid during Member's birthday month and half birthday month, while supplies last. One coupon per member. TPS Group Holdings' reserves the right to change the birthday program offerings without notice at any time. Additional brand exclusions and terms and exclusions apply and will be sent with the birthday offers.

Rewards members who make a purchase in-store during the month will be automatically entered to win a $100 gift card to Uncharted Stores (also valid online). No purchase is necessary in order to win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Odds of winning depend upon purchases made in a specific store each month. A winner will be chosen at random within the first week following the prior month and will be notified of winning via the email tied to their member reward account. Winning member will have 3 business days to confirm receipt of their prize via email prior to another winner being chosen. Confirmed winners have 7 business days to pick-up their gift card in a store location (location to be confirmed via email with winner). Each monthly promotion will have only 1 winner. To enter via mail or without requirement of purchase: Please mail a request to with your First Name, Last Name, Mailing Address, Email and the name of the promotion you are entering. Mail must be postmarked prior to contest end date to be eligible.

Free shipping on our website for orders $35+ for Program Members within the contiguous 48 United States (offer not valid for US territories, Hawaii and Alaska). Uncharted Reward Program members must create a website login (account) in order for free shipping offer to process automatically. Program members with their monthly code to receive free ground-serviced shipping on their orders that total $35 or more after all discounts and fees are applied. Free shipping does not apply to oversized items that incur additional special charges or bulk quantity orders.


Other offers may be distributed to Rewards Members as part of their membership. Terms and conditions for each offer will be provided in full either via email or on our website.

By texting JOIN to 97682 or signing up in-store, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart/browse reminders) from The Paper Store at the cell number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, TPS GROUP HOLDINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST REVENUES OR LOST PROFITS, IN ANY WAY DUE TO, RESULTING FROM, OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROGRAM.

By joining the Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Program rules. Except where prohibited by law, TPS Group Holdings reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict any aspect of the Program at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program terms and conditions. All program rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. TPS Group Holdings reserves the right to cancel and/or terminate any membership that, in TPS Group Holdings’ sole discretion, is fraudulent or seeks to abuse or violate the purpose and intent of the program.
